FREE Sports Physicals - Sign Up Now!  Lakeside athletes can take advantage of FREE sports physicals on: Thursday, June 11th • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. •  Lakeside Junior High School Families can register by scanning the QR code on the flyer or using the signup link provided. Spots may fill quickly, so be sure to sign up soon! This opportunity helps student-athletes prepare for the upcoming sports seasons and meet participation requirements.  Please note: This sports physical does NOT replace a comprehensive annual well visit that can be completed at our ARMC School-Based Health Center.
