Boys Swimming Finishes Fourth Place at AAC

2019 aac championships 1-12-19 results (1) Boys Swimming finished fourth place as a team, they were paced by senior Drew Kiphart with strong races in the 200 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly, he contributed 44 points for the Dragons. Swimming will return to Warren Harding next Saturday for their annual Pentathlon Meet. BOYS Drew Kiphart  

Wannett Post Third Place Finish at EOWL

FullBrackets Ethan Wannett improved to 31-6 on the season and finished in third place at the competitive EOWL Championship. Darian Cowles finished in fourth place and Robbie Delewski finished in eighth place. Vaughn Scores 20, Dragons Fall to East

Senior Courtez Vaughn scored 20 points to lead the Dragons, but a cold shooting night was the Dragons demise in a 61-57 loss to Youngstown East. Sophomore Brandon Ford added 15 points and eight rebounds for Lakeside, while Marquis West had eight points despite foul trouble. The Dragons will be home Tuesday night in AAC

Lagoa, Wannett Have Successful Tournaments

Jacob Lagoa and Ethan Wannett continue to be the catalyst for the return of Lakeside Wrestling. Lagoa finished second on Saturday at Brecksville Holiday Tournament falling to Carson Kharchla (Olentangy Liberty), who is believed to be the best pound-for-pound wrestler in the state. Lagoa improved to 22-1 on the season and picked up 100th career
